A guided lantern tour of The Castle reveals what ghostly apparitions, sounds, and strange occurrences have been reported by or have impacted the staff, volunteers, and guests of The Castle in the past. You may hear, and even experience, some strange occurrences during your tour!

Tours begin every 15 minutes and last approximately 45 minutes.

Exclusive tours for groups of 12 or fewer can be purchased for a discounted rate by calling (740) 373-4180. Exclusive tours must be booked at least four (4) days in advance of the event.

HERE’S WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

• Halloween costumes are permitted, but please assure costumes are not obstructive, inflatable, illuminated, or otherwise distracting to guests.

• No costume items, bags (excluding small handbags or purses), or backpacks are permitted on the tour. These items can be checked at the sign-in counter and picked up after the tour.
