Bring your family to enjoy the Christmas decorations of a Victorian home while learning the history and legends of many of our modern holiday traditions. During this special evening tour, based on historical research, we’ll take a look at how the Davis family celebrated Christmas in 1888. A Victorian Christmas will be brought to life through stories, displays, and two art installations. Snowflakes provided by local school and community groups will give The Castle a whimsical wintry feel. Get your tickets today!

HERE’S WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

This family friendly tour includes fun hands-on extras, including crafts and a scavenger hunt for the young and young-at-heart. Crafts will be available in our Carriage House and can either be done before or after your scheduled tour time. They are also available to be taken home.

No bags (excluding small handbags or purses) or backpacks are permitted on the tour. These items can be checked at the sign-in counter and picked up after the tour.

While photography is permitted, please be mindful of staying together as a tour group and respectful of other tour guests and pace of the tour.

The Castle’s Gift Shop will be open during this event for your holiday purchases!

Make a handmade paper ornament at our Victorian Christmas craft table! Designs include paper chains, folded flowers, and a bulb. Coloring sheets will also be available!
