The mission of The Castle is "to preserve The Castle and grounds to maintain their architectural and historical integrity, and to operate The Castle as to contribute to the educational, artistic, and cultural well-being of the community."

The Castle is handicap accessible. Limited Handicap Only parking is available in the rear courtyard via the alley (High School Lane) between Fourth & Fifth Streets via Wooster or Scammel Streets. Regular parking is available on Fourth Street.
